So Many Things I've Forgotten

I've really slacked on posting on my blog. I have done tons of things that I want to share with you.

This first post will be about When the kids and I went to 9 Mile Canyon, Cleveland Dino Museum, and the CEU Musem with my parents.

9 Mile Canyon has the largest collection of petroglyphs in the world! It was really cool to see.

The "campground" we stayed at was a little hokey.
Some of them were right by the road and we could walk right up to them.

There were some really great looking ones that were high on the top of a mountain. So I hiked up to get a closer look. This is what I found....
This was my view....
I am terrified of heights so this was a big accomplishment for me!

Cool arch or rainbow with the sun underneath is. I really liked this one.

More pics of our hokey camp ground. This is the host's home.....
(Two?) Can you say redneck?
Notice the floral print couches on the porch....

The playground....

The showers....I told my dad I wasn't going to shower in there....what if they had cameras and would put the movies on the internet. My dad said "Look around here, you think these people would know how to use a camera let alone post the video on the internet?" haha, I just didn't feel good about showering in there.

The sign says "Store...Bunk & Breakfast....Guided Tours....Camp Grounds....Dutch Oven Dinners" They had little cabins. Wonder where the store was....Such a mystery. My dad found this place on the internet. My mom said it sounded good on paper, but wasn't good in real life...

That is our vacation we took in June/July. It was fun. We missed TJ and wished he was with us.
